Mike Lamm

Mr. Lamm joined Rethink in August 2024 with more than 15 years of Human Resources experience cultivating innovative culture, talent, and employee-focused programs. Most recently he served as the Vice President of People for monday.com, a global B2B Work OS Saas company, where he grew its employee headcount by more than 2x and opened five new offices across North and South America.

Previously he held HR leadership roles at Squarespace, BASF, and Hay Group / Korn Ferry. Mr. Lamm earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and business management from The College of New Jersey and an MBA from Northeastern University's D’Amore-McKim School of Business.

On weekends, he enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife and daughter.
