We recently held Whil’s very first Creating Mindful Leaders Workshop and are so proud to welcome our first class of Certified Mindful Leaders! We had 40 people join us for 8 hours of highly informational and experiential training where they learned the fundamentals of mindfulness and how to use it to create high-performing and stress-resilient cultures. So how was it? According to our new Certified Mindful Leaders, it was a smash hit, earning an outstanding 9.8 satisfaction rating. Amazing!
Here are what just a few of our attendees had to say about the day:
“I loved the opportunity to connect with new people. The variety in the content and experiences was terrific.”
-Michelle Weldon, Senior Training Manager, Genentech
“What a good group of people! The content was entertaining and well-paced.”
-Stacy Nordwall, Global People Operations at Culture Amp
“I most enjoyed the studies and materials presented in this workshop.”
-Crystal Ruocchio, US Benefits Manager at NetApp
“The breakouts and experiential exercises were great! I really enjoyed this workshop.”
-Lincy Suen, L&D Associate at NerdWallet
“The interactions, the practices and the science all combined made this course an outstanding experience.”
-Laurie Deneschuk, Leader of People and Places at Anki
