Proven Human Resources Executive to Strengthen RethinkFirst’s Leadership in Delivering Data-Driven Behavioral Health Solutions Across the Globe

NEW YORK, N.Y. – August 7, 2024 – RethinkFirst, the leading SaaS software and solutions provider in behavioral health, today announced that it has appointed Mike Lamm as its new chief people officer. With more than 15 years of experience growing and scaling organizations through innovative culture, talent acquisition, and employee-focused programs, Lamm will oversee all human resources functions for the company.

“RethinkFirst has expanded exponentially in the past year, and our employees play a critical role in this success,” said Daniel Etra, RethinkFirst’s co-founder and CEO. “We are excited to welcome Mike to the Rethink team. By bringing in a seasoned HR executive, like Mike, into this new role, we are doubling down on our commitment to our growing team’s development and well-being.”

Lamm has directed all aspects of human resources across multiple industries, predominantly with high growth organizations in the technology space. Most recently he served as the vice president of People for monday.com (NSDQ: MNDY), which, during his tenure, more than doubled its employee headcount, opened five new offices across North and South America, and expanded annual recurring revenue (ARR) by 3x. “RethinkFirst has emerged as a true visionary in the behavioral health industry. By leveraging data-driven technology solutions, they’re significantly improving outcomes for individuals across all market segments and setting new standards in behavioral healthcare,” said Lamm. “I look forward to contributing to RethinkFirst’s mission of empowering all individuals to reach their fullest potential. By ensuring we are attracting and developing the best talent and fostering a supportive culture, we will empower our team to help everyone live their healthiest, happiest and most fulfilling lives.”
