Ben Semmes

Mr. Semmes serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Rethink. Prior to joining Rethink, he held senior leadership roles at Monotype, the largest provider of typography, technology, and expertise for creative professionals. As their Chief Operating Officer, he drove transformative growth and efficiency while expanding Monotype’s addressable and serviceable markets, and as Chief Revenue Officer, he spearheaded the company’s global revenue strategy.

Mr. Semmes also held senior leadership positions at Pitney Bowes Corporation within its software division, and various leadership roles at Oracle Corporation, where he drove innovation and operational excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the Virginia Military Institute and a Master of Science degree in Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
