David Firestone

Mr. Firestone joined Rethink in 2024 with more than 25 years of experience as a Chief Revenue Officer and executive sales and revenue leader, specializing in complex sales organizations and multi-channel distribution networks. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer for PlanSource, a provider of cloud-based benefits administration technology, where he was responsible for all go-to-market functions including sales, revenue operations, marketing, and carrier relationships.

Mr. Firestone has demonstrated expertise in scaling businesses across the insurance, benefits, and SaaS technology sectors, leading multiple acquisitions and integrations, and creating innovative distribution strategies.

Most recently, he held CRO and Executive Sales roles at bswift (an Aetna and CVS Health Company). Previously, he held multiple sales leadership roles at Aetna, Inc (NYSE: AET), including Vice President of National Distribution, Aetna Medicare. Mr. Firestone holds a BS from Penn State University.
