Citing a need for greater attention to the mental and physical health needs of employees and their dependents and a growing appetite for digital solutions, HR Tech Outlook magazine has named Rethink one of its Top 10 Employee Wellness Consulting/Services Companies for 2020.
HR Tech Outlook describes the list as comprising “the frontrunners in the market that provide a wide span of features.”
An article in the Sept. 28 edition of the magazine highlights Rethink’s “double bottom line approach,” meaning the company not only provides high-quality clinical best-practice-based resources to employees who are caregivers of developmentally disabled children, but it also works to make a social impact by supporting individuals who are neurodiverse throughout their lifespan.
The article points out the need for Rethink’s scalable, digital solution to providing this support, stating that while there are millions of individuals with developmental disabilities younger than age 21, only 30,000 Board Certified Behavioral Analysts are active globally.
“We are a mission-oriented organization,” Rethink CEO Daniel Etra says in the article. “The social impact we have is an integral part of our DNA, and this motivates us to work hard and make a difference in the world.”
